A mast mounted, multi-colored stack light is installed above the HMI control panel.

Variable Frequency Drives in Panel

Eight of the nine electric motors used on the machine are controlled by a Variable- Frequency Drive or VFD.

A variable-frequency drive is a type of adjustable speed drive used in electro-mechanical drive systems to control AC motor speed (RPM) and torque output by varying motor input frequency and voltage.

变频传动是一种通过改变电动机输入频率和电压用在控制交流电动机速度( RPM)和转矩输出的电子机械驱动系统。
VFD adjustment to alter motor speed and torque output is performed at the HMI control panel.

The process pump performs two separate functions: (1) Pressurize the wash solution to perform the Zone 6 wash operation and (2) Transfer wash solution to the bag filter vessels which supply wash solution to the high pressure pump.

As the machine operates, contaminants from the wash solution become trapped on the inside of the screen.

The contaminants are periodically scraped from the surface of the screen by a cleaning disc which travels across the surface of the screen.

The PLC (programmable logic controller) is used to control cycle frequency of the screen cleaning disc and the collection chamber purge valve.

When strainer differential pressure reaches a preset value, the PLC (programmable logic controller) will initiate a strainer cleaning disc cycle and waste collection chamber purge cycle.

A parallel intake and discharge pipe system is used to ensure the two bag type filters will collect particulate debris at approximately the same rate.

Each filter vessel is equipped with two manually operated butterfly type isolation valves located at the rear of the vessel and a drain valve at the front, lower section of each vessel.

When high pressure pump output pressure below specification is detected, the high pressure nozzle test ball valve system can be used to determine the root cause which may be worn high pressure nozzles or pressure leakage from the high pressure wash pipe system inside the machine enclosure at Zone 5.

During normal machine operation the high pressure test ball valve is open to allow the pressurized wash solution to flow through the ball valve to the high pressure wash nozzle arrangement.

If high pressure pump output pressure below specification continues, contact the applicable repair personnel to check the high pressure pump electric motor and V-belt drive system, the high pressure pump pressure regulator and all related high pressure pump internal components.
如果高压泵输出压力低于技术要求继续,请与适当的修理人员联系,检查高压泵电动机与三角皮带传动系统、高压泵调压器和所有有关的高压泵内部构件。
